As the Discernment Team continues its work in hearing God's call to be agents of change in our community, we are embarking on a new study which will help each of us, regardless of our age, history in mission and ministry, and tenure in the church, to see the possibilities of a new place or way to serve! This is a broader emphasis in that two of our Sunday morning Discipleship Groups - Kindred Spirits and Landing Spot - are doing the study as well! Our THURSDAY EVENING STUDY BEGINS OCTOBER 17. You can register today for the Thursday evening session, which will be led by Kim Lamb. This 6-week group will meet from 6:30 to 8:00 each Thursday evening in Room 12. Written for disciples of all ages, this study leads us into ministry, a timely topic for St. James as we discern our missional future! Books cost $12. Registration is in the Lobby. This is also a UMW reading program book!
